I have lost the key to my shop. Should I change the lock or just the cylinder?
If the lock works properly, a new cylinder is usually enough: the lost key becomes useless and the lock stays in the door. If the bolt sticks or the lock body is worn, replacing the whole lock is the better fix. Once we have seen the door and lock, we tell you which is needed and the price, before any work. If the shop is locked, we ask for your ID and a document linking you to the premises, such as the lease, before opening.
I live on Gazi Mustafa Kemal Bulvarı. Is that Uncalı or Uluç?
It can be either. The boulevard runs through both: its southern part is in Uluç, its northern end in Uncalı, where the same road continues north as Uncalı Caddesi.
Both the building entrance and my flat door are locked, with the keys inside. Can you open both?
